I had an amazing dining experience at The Melting Pot! Our server, Valentina, was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and made our evening extra special. It was great to see Tom, the manager, ensuring everything ran smoothly, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. The highlight of the night was definitely the Negroni; it was out of this world! Every dish we tried was delicious, showcasing remarkable flavors and high-quality ingredients. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fantastic meal and a great atmosphere. Our waiter Chadwick made this a most exquisite dining experience. It was all thanks to the unbelievable service we had curtesy of him. The efficiency with which he took care of our meal was astounding. He created a welcoming and humorous environment for us. He was able to both prep the food and converse with us without losing focus at all. Our dining experience wouldn’t have been complete without the additional humor and banter he so graciously bestowed upon us. It should’ve been marked as dinner and a show from the quality entertainment he provided throughout the evening. I will be raving to all my friends and family about the impressive waiter whose seating area we were lucky enough to be seated in.

We have been going to the Melting Pot for years and, we love it. It is a wonderful place to spend family time, although small children need to be closely supervised. Some areas feel too tight, but the time you spend there is so wonderful that we kind of forgive that. We always order the traditional cheese fondue, an option with beef, chicken, and shrimp for the main course, and the Yin and Yang chocolate fondue. It has become pricier over the years which has made us to look for other options sometimes.
This place was wonderful. My boyfriend surprised me with an anniversary dinner here and they went all out. Roses on the table, candle lit. We were in a bit of a time crunch and our attendee was so cautious of that and made sure we got thru everything on time.

Then came the savory and aromatic mojo oil fondue, where succulent pieces of steak and fresh seafood sizzled to perfection, each bite bursting with flavor. Our waitress, Maya, was an absolute star, providing attentive and friendly service that truly enhanced our experience. And let's not forget the grand finale – the utterly irresistible Oreos chocolate fondue. The combination of warm, velvety chocolate and those iconic cookie crumbles must have been pure bliss. Thanks to the exceptional food and the outstanding service provided by Maya, our evening at The Melting Pot was truly memorable. She made us feel welcomed and well-cared for from start to finish!
We had a reservation for 7 at 8pm but we arrived at 6:30pm. It was packed but they managed to give us two tables outside. Amanda was our server and she is probably the best server we've had in any of The Melting Pot locations we've been to. Food was great and her service was top notch. Great experience.
Chadwick was amazing! We came to celebrate our 6 year Anniversary and he did nothing but amaze us. He gave us a beautiful card along with a candle for our desert fondue. Best service!
